water fountains whose waters are particularly diuretic. All is clear! That is a good start!

In no way is it a question of losing weight painfully or in austerity. Since its inauguration, in 2005, of the new SPA of Brides les Bains, things are done carefully and in beauty.

In long or short cures, with the support of a team of nutritional educationalists who follow up the participants beyond the cure. Physical activity is also encouraged (Pilates, Chiball, Qi Gong...) to renew with health and life hygiene again and you can even participate at regularly organized workshops.
