Luxury Spa in the Alps

This creation of Immoconcept, like those of Morillon and Tignes, arose from a true passion. That of two Europeans (they are Dutch) who fell under the charm of the French Alps and who are literally crazy about skiing.

This has produced a real-estate concept of exceptional luxury. It started in 2003, and since it has soared, three other programs are already being built in Flaine, Vallorcine and Morillon

In Morzine, from the domain of the Portes du Soleil, one can take advantage of top level comfort, with a construction of noble materials for twelve apartments from fifty to one hundred and three square meters.

In spite of the possibility of transfers by helicopter, top rate half board formulas and latest technological equipment, the highlight of the residence is the Spa with a new and exclusive formula.

The Spa « L'Eau Noire », in allusion to the mountain water which draws its resources from the heart of the rock, proposes numerous treatments, ritual programs over four days and all the equipment of any up-market self-respecting Spa: spraying showers, swimming pool with hydro jets, Jacuzzi, therapy bathtubs, sauna, hammam ...
