Thermal baths, organic bread and watercolours close to Aix-les-Bains

Clients of the Clairière du Moulin take advantage of preferential tariffs to benefit from balneotherapy and from its resources at the famous Adelphia thermal baths. Located in Aix-les-Bains, this relatively new care establishment is entirely devoted to the well-being. There is a 33°C heated swimming pool with hydro sprays, against the current swimming, geyser, bubbling mattresses, submarine sprays, aqua gym lessons, Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, sports area, and beauty treatments with Thalgo products...

Back at the house, it is an idle life in a 6 hectares park overlooking lake Aiguebelette. Numerous strolls are possible close at hand and furthermore, you can be initiated to watercolours by Janine who organizes training courses but can also, impromptu, teach a few rudiments to her interested clients by devoting a few hours to them.

At the Clairière du Moulin, there are also cookery lessons (the hostess is a good pastry cook!) The bread is cooked in a wood burning stove and then you sit down at table to regal yourselves with all that has been prepared together. The cooking is both tasty and dietetic with amazing specialties such as, the nettle cream, cider chicken, rabbit with crystallized lemons, and the famous home-made foie gras.

Breakfast is one of the strong points of the day. With organic bread, eggs from the henhouse, home-made jams and apple juices. We know that some come several times a year. We really wonder why?...
