It is on the Lyon Plage site, already famous itself, and flanked by the hôtel Métropole that the buildings sprung up 4 years ago.

You can find all the usual treatments there, but better: an Olympic size swimming pool, a covered pool, tennis courts with an exceptional hard court, and the usual sauna, hammam, musculation room and above all a luminous and cosy rest room. The other real "must" of the places, is the hydromassage course. It is an open-air water

circuit. You move around in the warm water and command yourself the massage sprays. The best is to swim against the current. Easier to say than to do!

Children are welcome, they profit from the baby-gym lessons and the older ones have a musculation room, reserved for their own use, with machines which correct the back and body positions in general.

You can often meet there, discretion assured, the players of the Olympic Lyonnais and above all the goal keeper, the excellent Grégory Coupet.

All those dreaming of a slimming or anti-stress program, for a week or a few days, will be able to take advantage of one of these seven City Cures. The concept has been trade registered and other clubs, throughout France, are now in the running to be able to propose it. The managers of Lyon-Plage only require that their installations are up to scratch, before giving them the green light.
