Georges Blanc is like Winston Churchill, "he is satisfied only with the best". This great perfectionist, who has elevated to the summit, what was formerly his grandmothers' restaurant in a village of the Ain Department, never does things in half measures.

He was always one of the first everywhere. To show the kitchens in full action, to give an open view on the cellars to the restaurant, to open bars, shops and even a museum in his village, which he has almost entirely bought up, while obtaining from the authorities, that a motorway link  directly serves all this little world which is close to perfection.

Let us add to that an obstinate defence of the poultry of Bresse, which he untiringly stands up for, while bringing information of the label to the whole world.

In the line of this militant perfectionism, there is the SPA. George Blanc and Décléor Carita have chosen each other to realise this exceptional place.

In an old orangery, 750 m² are open to nature, water, vines, plants and flowers. With a 15m heated swimming pool with jets, hydro-massage and wellbeing area with hammam, jacuzzi, Spa, fitness room, solarium and four cabins for Face and Body Care, plus a double for the happy few who will come there to get back into form.

Just to make you envious; because there is a large range of treatments, always starting with an aromatic massage of the back.
